Welcome Event Hosts

Masjid Al Islam humbly welcomes individuals and families to organize events in line with Islamic values. These include Ameen, Nikah ceremonies, Aqeeqah celebrations, Dua Gathering, and Khatm Al Quran gathering. To help us keep the masjid clean, organized, and welcoming for daily Salat and all worshippers, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines.

📋 Event Planning Requirements

1

Prior Confirmation

All events require prior confirmation. Please obtain confirmation from either the Imam or the President of the Masjid before making any arrangements. Kindly share the following details in advance:

  • Name and contact details of the event sponsor.
  • Date and time of the event.
  • Estimated number of attendees.
  • Type of event and any special requirements.
2

Coordination

After confirmation, the Imam will assign a member of the Masjid Maintenance Team, Brother Shahbaz, Brother Tauqir, or Brother Qamar Siddiqui, to coordinate with you throughout the planning process.

3

Designated Point of Contact

Event sponsors are respectfully requested to nominate one single point of contact who will communicate directly with the Masjid Maintenance Team.

4

Setup and Cleanup Plan

Please share a simple plan that outlines event setup arrangements — and post event cleanup responsibilities.

5

Cleanup Responsibilities

We kindly request that complete cleanup be ensured after the event. This includes all masjid areas, both men's and women's sections, kitchen facilities, and proper disposal of trash in the dumpster. If preferred, sponsors may opt to pay a 300 dollar cleaning fee.

6

Restoration

The masjid should be respectfully returned to its original condition immediately after the event.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean and peaceful environment for worship for everyone.

Jazakum Allahu Khairan

for your understanding, support, and continued respect for the house of Allah.
